AMDAS Recruitment Ltd operates both as an agency and a recruitment business, regulated by the Employment Agency Standards (EAS) Inspectorate. We strictly adhere to the *Conduct of Employment Agencies and Employment Businesses Regulations (1973-2003)*, ensuring high standards of compliance and protection for all parties involved.

What This Means for You

As part of our commitment to ethical recruitment practices and in compliance with industry regulations, here are key points you can expect when working with AMDAS Recruitment Ltd:

  • Right to Work Verification: By law, we are required to confirm your right to work (RTW) in the UK. To do this, we will request identification documents to verify your eligibility.

  • Reference Checks: We will need two professional references. You’ll be asked to provide the details of preapproved referees whom we can approach for verification.

  • Contract Provision: Upon the commencement of a temporary assignment, you will receive a contract that outlines the terms of your worker status, detailing the agreed employment terms.

  • Timely Payment: Payments for work completed are made weekly in arrears. This is subject to the provision of a signed timesheet confirming hours worked.

  • PAYE Benefits: If you are engaged as a PAYE contractor, you are entitled to holiday pay and pension contributions. These entitlements are detailed in our Key Information Document, provided upon engagement.

  • APSCo Membership: We are proud to be registered with APSCo (Association of Professional Staffing Companies). We follow their approved legal documentation and prescribed recruitment processes, ensuring a high standard of professionalism.
